Yesterday, I said I didn’t have much interest in the campus protests over Gaza. Today’s column explains why. I want to make clear my disinterest in the protests isn’t high-minded idealism or arrogance. I’m more than happy to hear where I’m wrong, but right now they don’t seem as important as the much larger issue of the Israel-Hamas war.
