On the Democratic Party’s future...
This week’s posts will be more quick hits than anything, holidays being what they are. Today’s link is a fascinating one, though, given its content and particularly its author. I don’t think most people would question Joe Klein’s Democratic credentials. Joe Klein does, though. I heard an interview with him this morning on Michael Smerconish and it was jarring to hear a man who once regularly promoted Democratic policies and talking points now question his place in the party. I’m curious to see his commentary going forward, as Trump takes office and Democrats regroup. I have a feeling he’ll be a columnist to keep track of.
